• THE ROLE

A company that means to lead the next era needs its way of winning written down, owned and put to work. Siege writes it down: the business as its own Ontology, the order of its work as Choreographs, and the judgment that makes it win as Codified IP. The software is where all of it is put to work.

That software is Drawbridge, the application layer where a company’s people and its agents work together on the same ground, and every agent in it meets Hedron, the strict standard Siege sets for agents. You would build it: the product a company’s people open every morning, and everything it carries for them. You would own what you build from the first decision to its use in the field, working directly with the founder.

The work has fixed conditions. A company’s records, its Ontology and the code written for it are its own property, built to sit in accounts it owns, and the companies that we serve are never named. The craft is software that a company can own outright and stake its future on.

• WHAT WE LOOK FOR

You have built software that people depend on for their work, carried it from the first design to daily use, and kept it standing after. You can show us what you built and what it changed. You read the business before you write the code, and you would rather watch the people who use the software than guess at them.

Champions will hold their ground with what you build, and challengers will take theirs with it. It has to be worthy of both.
