The role
This is the part nobody films. A business that has never been written down gets mapped in a room, and then it runs without the people who used to carry it. We want that on record while it happens, because this is how companies get built from here.
You would be on site, on shoots, and in the edit. There is no agency layer between you and the work. You see it happen, and you decide how it gets told. The audience is owners who do not yet know this is possible.
What we look for
You can carry a shoot alone: camera, sound, light, and the cut. You have work that you would put your name on, and you can send a link to it today. You move fast without getting sloppy, and you would rather be in the room than in a studio.
Most of all, you want the mission. This footage becomes the proof that a new way of doing business exists, and you would be the one holding the camera when it happens.
